We have only one item on our menu, the “Omakase” course, which is Japanese for Chef’s Choice.
Alongside salad and appetizer, you’ll be able to eat freshly cut pieces of the day’s tuna.
Next, you’ll get to try pieces of our sushi rice,
moments after being cooked in a traditional “hagama” kettle and mixed with vinegar right before your eyes.
Finally, we’ll bring you the day’s selection of deliciously prepared nigiri.
Please also enjoy the flavor of the shari, made from freshly-steamed rice, as it subtly changes throughout your meal.
