Omakase Course

Our only menu item is the “omakase” course, or chef’s choice.
While you dine on appetizers and salad,
you’ll have fresh cut slices of the day’s tuna catch.

You’ll also get to watch us prepare the rice and mix it with vinegar using traditional Japanese methods.
This will be the rice we serve for your nigiri.

We hope you enjoy the taste of this freshly made sushi rice as it slowly changes in taste and character over the course of your meal,
as well as the taste of fish prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients.
